This was the first time that I have worked with Refael, the project manager who was assigned to our project. We were looking at having our kitchen remodeled and adding on an extension. It was quite a big project and we decided to use Element’s architects and designers rather than complicate the situation further by using “outsiders”. The designers involved in the remodel advised us where we could cut down on costs and where it would be better to upgrade. The workmanship in during the remodeling process is as always pristine.
The reason is that the addition project is done by adding a second level with various size options to the house. It is excellent to choose when you do not have enough space on the lot to expand the house on the first level. The gray exterior, combined with the white trim and columns, delivering a warm and grounded feeling because those are the popular color options of an earthy-tone design. The whole house still remains classic despite the remodeling project here and there.
